Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: We have customers from all over the world, and have worked hard to set up shipping lines with reasonable delivery times. We ship orders out within 24 hours of placement, unless there is a national holiday, or we need to contact you for clarification regarding your order.

Here's a breakdown of estimated shipping times to each country:

USA: 10-13 days
Canada: 10-15 days
United Kingdom: 10-13 days
Europe: 8-15 days
Australia: 8-13 days
Singapore: 8-13 days
United Kingdom: 10-13 days
Mexico: 10-15 days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times, and sometimes logistical hiccups do happen. However, we guarantee that you will receive your order, so if something goes wrong, we take full responsibility!

Q: Do you guarantee your shipments?
A: Yes! Each and every order we ship out is guaranteed. If something goes wrong, and you don't get your package, we offer refunds or free replacements.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes! If you need something faster than the above breakdown, we do offer some alternative shipping methods. However, this will come at an additional cost, and is only recommended for orders $150-200 and more, with costs varying based on the destination country, as well as the number of items in the order.
